HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Fleur and Fiji partners with the all major logistics partners available in India.

We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

We dispatch within 8 working days from date of order, courier partners can take upto 3 working days for delivery and for remote locations the delivery can from date of dispatch can be upto 7 working days.

 

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you're buying from outside of the India, your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: The customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN/EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

For items over 10K 
1. We only accept exchange to another size of the same garment ordered. Please inform us within 48 hrs of receiving the order in case of exchange. The outfit has to be sent back to us at the customer's expense and we will exchange and send it at our expense. We do not pay for any we fast deliveries , all wefasts have to be bourn by the customer.

2. In case of defects please inform us within 48 hrs and please send us pictures for the same. We will align a return and have a new garment sent to you.

3. All sales are final, we do not give store credit or refunds. 

4. For customised outfits, no exchange is entertained.

5. We don't entertain any alterations. We do leave margins in our garments, small alterations can be taken care by the local tailors. 

For Items under 10k

1. We accept exchanges to another size or garment within 48 hrs of receiving the order. the outfit has to be sent back to us at your expense. We do not pay for any wefast deliveries. all wefasts have to be bourn by the customer. 

2. in case of defects please inform us within 48 hrs of receiving the package. Kindly shares images for proof and we will align a pick up and send you a correct garment. 

3. All sales are final, we do not give store credit or refunds. 

4. We don't offer customisation for items under 10k.
